The dark side of the recycling update is the fact that the game items will sometimes break.
During item enchantment, you will risk to break an item instead of upgrading it. The risk is growing with the level of enchantment you are trying to achieve.
Risk to break and attempted enchantment level
- 22% for +1 upgrade
- 34% for +2 upgrade
- 46% for +3 upgrade
- 58% for +4 upgrade
- 70% for +5 upgrade
Apart from your item breaking, you will also lose a part of the dust you used for the enchantment. The amount of dust you can lose varies from 50% for a +1 enchantment to 90% for the +5 one.
If the item breaks you can’t use it on your Cuties. Your remaining options are fixing it or turning it into dust.
To fix your items you will need two things:
- free upgrade slot in your forge
Each player will get one upgrade slot to use for item repairs. But if that’s not enough, you will be able to buy additional ones.
When you put your broken item in the upgrade slot, you will need to wait a certain amount of time for it to be fixed. The time it will take will depend on the tier of the item. Low tier items might take about half an hour to get fixed. High tier items might take several days.
The good news is that you will not need any dust or tools to repair a broken item. The bad news is that breaking is quite likely in the journey to +5 enchantment.
We hope that crafter’s luck will be on your side!
